Terms and Conditions for Credit and Debit Card Processing Fee

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of credit and debit cards for payment processing services provided by Akron NAACP ("Provider") to online users ("Users"). By utilizing our payment processing services, Users agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Payment Processing Fee:

   a. The credit and debit card processing fee is set at 2.99% of the transaction amount plus an additional $0.30 per transaction.

   b. The fee will be applied to the total transaction amount and shall be paid by the User making the payment.

 

2. Payment Authorization:

   By making a payment through our online payment processing system, Users authorize Akron NAACP to charge the designated credit or debit card for the full amount of the transaction, including the applicable processing fee.

 

3. Card Information:

   Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date credit or debit card information when making a payment. Akron NAACP shall not be liable for any errors or delays caused by inaccurate card information.

 

4. Refunds and Chargebacks:

   a. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the terms and conditions of the specific transaction or event for which the payment was made.

   b. Users must address any disputes or concerns related to payments directly with Akron NAACP within a reasonable timeframe.

 

5. Security:

   a. Akron NAACP takes the security of User's payment information seriously. All transactions are processed using secure and encrypted methods to protect User data.

   b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their card information and must not share it with unauthorized parties.

 

6. Modification of Fees and Terms:

   Akron NAACP reserves the right to modify the credit and debit card processing fees or these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the payment processing services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

 

7. Governing Law:

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
